On September 27th President Obama signed into law the 2010 Small Business Jobs Act, just in time to encourage voters to look favorably upon those members of Congress who not only helped to write and pass this legislation, but who also happen to be coming up for re-election this coming November. Oh, do I sound cynical? Well, let’s just say that a quick perusal of what the Small Business Jobs Act allows leads one to doubt the sincerity of the efforts to power the economy to create jobs, what should be on top of Congress’s to-do list.
